Steven joined Lough & Quay in 2009 on his student placement year, opting to return with a determined approach to exceeding expectations he ensures an effective and efficient service, dealing with all aspects of estate agency, including Lettings and Sales. Having spent the last number of years gaining an in-depth knowledge of the Northern Ireland housing market, Steven blends this with his proactive approach and emphasis on service to achieve the maximum results for his clients.

Having graduated from the University of Ulster, Cathal has joined the Lough and Quay team as a Negotiator. Coming from a property background Cathal has excellent knowledge and understanding of market trends and demands. Cathal is responsible for valuations, advising landlords of legal requirements prior and during renting, viewings and tenant or landlord enquiries. To ensure effective client relationship management and deliver an Cathal ensures a very proactive and hands on approach is provided for each individual client.

Lindsay joined Lough & Quay in 2009 with over 7 years experience of the Northern Ireland Lettings Market, bringing a comprehensive knowledge of managing numerous portfolios of properties. Lindsay understands that relationship building and effective long term management of clients is paramount in her role.

Having graduated from Birmingham City University, Carrie has joined the Lough and Quay team as a Lettings Negotiator. Coming from a property background Carrie has excellent knowledge and understanding of market trends and demands. Carrie is responsible for valuations, advising landlords of legal requirements prior and during renting, viewings and tenant or landlord enquiries.
