photographer will call you and arrange to meet you at a time convenient to you. It is very important to have your home in best of order for this as the photographs are the first window to your property.
Before your property goes live it is imperative to check you are happy with all the details provided in your brochure. These details, whether they are looked at on line, by reading the physical magazine type brochure or being described by one of our expertly trained staff will be the difference between a potential purchaser viewing and not viewing.
It is now a good idea, but not totally necessary, to advise your solicitor of your impending move so they can request your title deeds and draw up the contract. This can speed up the conveyance process.
PRESENTING YOUR PROPERTY FOR VIEWING
First impressions are essential and once lost cannot be regained. Make sure the front of your property is in the best of conditions, this will put the potential purchaser in the right frame of mind for the rest of the viewing. Internally the property should be as clean as possible, clutter-free, as this will give a greater feeling of space, pets should be kept outside to leave the property smelling fresh and remember, not only are some people scared of animals, they can often be allergic to them. Where there is no natural light use some form of
illumination to create brightness.
